Where you upload documents for verification or onboarding — for example a commercial registration document or a receipt — they may be shared with these AI services solely to read and extract the information needed for that feature. You can always review and correct the extracted results.

Your Customers' Data

Businesses using Makseb enter and manage their own customers' information.

For that data the business is the data controller, and Makseb processes it on the business's behalf.

If you are a customer of a business that uses Makseb, please direct requests about your data to that business.

Public Information

When a business publishes an online store or a booking page, the business details and catalogue it chooses to publish become publicly visible.

Data Retention

We retain personal data while an account is active.

After an account is closed, personal data is deleted or anonymized within a reasonable period, unless we are required by law to retain it for longer.
